The End

I end this blog with snakes and smiles!! Although Kristi and Nate's crew don't love snakes they all enjoy holding them for a picture. Well all apart from Nate who will not even be in the same room when they are out BUT who can blame him when he has a brother like Chris who chases him around the house. They were all so brave especially as the one Kristi is holding is the only one in the house that has bitten:) Again that was Chris's fault though and really that one "Casper" is the most friendly snake ever. Happy Times!!

So 2010 ends with a high, we have had a great year. We have had ups and downs but I'm glad to say we have had way more ups than downs. Its time to make this blog a book and move on to the next, please join us again on our new family blog "Three Peas in My Pod".

BFF

Best Friends Forever!!! These two sweet little girls you see here are very special, they are so close that you would think they were separated at birth. Kristi and I are determined to keep them close, we bought them each a book and they are going to send letters and pictures and stick them into their books. Here they are doing the first page together, they work so hard at everything they do, I really cant believe how much they are alike.

Thank you Nanny and Photo Books

These clips make me smile, everyone is just hanging out having a good time. Thank you Nanny for sending so much yummy chocolate for the kids to have on Christmas. Kristi and I only had one chomp each while wrapping, we were just checking they weren't damaged during their long trip over the ocean. We love you Nanny.

Christmas Morning

I think I should stop uploading pictures now, I already have a ridiculous amount but I think I did well choosing from about 150 pictures. This year started slightly different as the tooth fairy came to visit Taylor for her very first tooth, here she is with her not one but TWO gold coins. We started off the morning around 7.30, we couldn't hold the kids off any longer. The were sent immediately back to bed at 3.45 and then again at 6 but not before Javien and Masie got a peek at the tree, little monkeys. The atmosphere was pure delightful, Grandma and Papa haven't never seen all 6 kids together before so this was a rare treat for them which they thoroughly enjoyed. We had to control the situation slightly when Hailey just started opening presents, any presents. So with a little order we all torn through paper, played, laughed and played some more.
Kristi and I got the BEST gifts for each other, (oh I need to find my other picture of my first present, which I opened on Christmas eve!! What!! She said I could Mother!!) Anyway, I searched and found a British flag bag and got a cute little purse to put in it and with the help of my lovely assistant (My Mum) it was filled with English coins. My present was so thoughtful and so perfect for me. Kristi sewed me a camera strap for my large camera which is gorgeous and so comfortable. That wasn't all, it makes me smile just thinking about it, she then sewed me a fabulous apron with cute layers and gorgeous fabric. We were SO happy!! Javien and Masie, DS buddies.
SPOILT!!! All 6 kids got some sort of handheld computer, well Masie got a CD player but here she is on her DS and she was loaded up with new games from Santa.Masie and Auntie Kristi making a yummy desert, which she wants to make again and again.
Of course we very much missed our family back home, we all received lovely gifts from across the ocean and Nanny put together 6 bags of yummy English chocolates for the kids, they were delighted, over the moon!! They dug straight in, Kobe had eaten his first one before I could switch the camera to video, Video will follow shortly (hopefully)

Merry Christmas!!!! Wow that post took a long time.

Foto Saturday

That really doesn't have the right ring to it does it?! Sorry its been really crazy and I have SO much blogging, I'm excited to get started on it. Chris is leaving for 6 weeks tomorrow so we have been busy getting stuff ready, plus its the end of the year and that equals to 10 times the amount of paper work I have to do, well only because I don't keep myself caught up very well during the year. The word TAXES should be illegal, just a suggestion. Anyway, I just miss everyone so much, we had such an amazing week and now I'm lonely.

Friday- Christmas Eve, what an amazing night!! We will always remember this night, everyone was so happy. Saturday- Christmas Day!! Our very first Christmas with all six cousins together.
Sunday- We took all the kids to The White Sands, just look at the weather, beautiful. Giggles were heard from afar, not just from the kids us grown ups had a BLAST!!
Monday- Well this was actually Sunday but who's judging?? Oh I know at least one person who is judging but whatever, its my blog, lol. Chris oh I mean Santa got me a new point and shoot camera with some really cool settings on. This is the fish eye, doesn't it make this plane look funky.
Tuesday- We didn't do much this day so here is Pablo and Hailey.
Wednesday- Masie signed up for the science fair this year, this will be her first year and she is very excited. I have pictures and video for you but you may have to wait a little while for me to get caught up.
Thursday- Taylor also got a new camera for Christmas and OMG she loves it. I have to download her camera soon, that should be fun, her and Jaylean had it at one point so who knows what they got up to, maybe I will share with you some of her pictures.
So I am about to start my new blog, I get mine printed and the end of each year and I'm getting quite a collection now. The question is, do I take the time and print it through Blurb or do I just hit the print button with Blog 2 Print. Ummm not sure yet. Anyway, I'm not quite done with this blog yet so I am going to finish up our Christmas on this one and carry on as normal with the next one. Stay tuned for an invite, email or leave a comment if you don't get an invite.
