Where's My Watch

Masie and Taylor got grounded today for a bunch of little things but basically not doing as they were told. We are not harsh really, and right now we don't need to be as 30 minutes in their room alone with nothing to do works really well as a punishment. They absolutely hate it, but once it is over they seem to be generally sorry for their actions (or good actresses). Anyway, Taylor holds a grudge and cant stand being punished, Masie will give you attitude, then we add on more time and she goes to her room, but then its over for her. Taylor is mad that it even got to that stage and gives you evils for what seems like forever after. Chris wears his watch all the time and only takes it off if he is going in water, the girls know he gets mad if he loses it. So he did the dishes earlier and set his watch on the side, then just now (about 3 hours later) tries to find it for work tomorrow. He cant find it anywhere, he is searching and searching, I get up and help him look. I forgot to give Hailey her meds so went in there and just happened to ask Taylor if she had seen Daddy's watch, she immediately starts laughing and says its in Masie's closet. I said why is it there, she said she didn't know she just saw it there earlier. I go into Masie's room and look in the closet, I couldn't find it, so I ask Masie and she says its up there on the top shelf. I climb up there and sure enough it was on the very top shelf and right at the back, we would have never ever found it. Masie said Taylor put it there earlier and didn't want Daddy to find it. I started laughing out loud, I couldn't help it I knew Taylor was punishing Chris for punishing her, I know its not funny but I cant help but laugh. I can just imagine her thinking, Haha, you have been looking for your watch longer than I was in my room, so who is being punished now!!!
