So How Did Hailey Do at School??

Well, she did great!! She was so excited to go which was a big step, then she walked into the building and said to me in an amazed voice "I'm not crying!". We got into the class room and she was the first one there so she was loving the attention, I am advised to stay to get up her confidence and then slowly go at it alone (in August). They graduate on the 30th so she doesn't have too many classes but I'm glad she is doing it. There were two teachers to just her at first and Hailey was making them tea and an apple and Dinosaur sandwich, they were surprised that she washed the apple first before serving it, they have never seen a two yr old do that before. After about 15 minutes one of her class mates turned up (there were just 2 this day being the 4th of July weekend) and then Hailey started to get a little shy. They turned on the music and tried to get Hailey to dance with them, she did for about 7 seconds and then ran to me crying and pretended to fall asleep. She seemed to get over it and was interacting somewhat with them but stood back quite a bit. This was a huge step up for her though, last time she was there there was only screaming, kicking and pure fright on her face. Well done Hailey, I'm proud of you.
